The intake exam includes a body hydration report, structural analysis, 60 minutes with Dr. Jessica and a pulsed magnetics treatment. The price of the initial exam includes your first month’s membership charge. After you sign your membership agreement, your coverage begins the day of your intake exam.

The intake exam includes 30 minutes with Dr. Jessica and a pulsed magnetics treatment. The price of the initial exam includes your child’s first month’s membership charge. After you sign the membership agreement, the coverage begins the day of your child’s exam.

This includes a 10 minute phone call where a team member will review your Direct Primary Care Membership with you and answer any questions you might have. Your coverage begins the day you schedule this phone call AND have signed the membership agreement. If desired, you can schedule an intake exam at a later date.

This includes a 30 minute consult with Dr. Jessica (either in person or virtually- you choose). She will be able to speak more about your health concerns and answer questions you have about the Direct Primary Care Membership. This also includes 30 minutes pulsed magnetics therapy that you can use the day of the consult or save for future use. Please note Dr. Jessica is not able to provide any diagnosis, treatment, or prescribe during this consultation. The consultation fee is non-refundable and is not applied toward future services.
