Allergies & Sensitivities

Do you suffer from sensitivities to certain foods? Symptoms include rashes, itchy skin, upset stomach, fatigue or bloating after eating.

Many of our participants find that their body feels better when they reduce inflammatory foods such as gluten, dairy, or soy.

Dr. Schilling uses Applied Kinesiology to determine what foods stress your body!

What is applied kinesiology?

This testing method allows us to take a real-time look at your body’s current dysfunction. Symptoms are your body’s way of fighting imbalances. Through AK, we can find and resolve these imbalances that are causing your symptoms. It can also be referred to as; muscle response testing, nutritional testing, and quantum reflex analysis (QRA).

Applied Kinesiology (AK) was developed in 1964 by Dr. George Goodhart. AK utilizes Muscle Testing – also called Muscle Response Testing (MRT) or Autonomic Response Testing (ART) – to evaluate the three functional aspects of well being.

  • Structural
  • Biochemical
  • Emotional

AK allows the skilled health practitioner to evaluate functional illness, which typically precedes disease. This highly individualized, in-depth system of analysis, allows the doctor to assess various aspects of a patient’s state of health by evaluating and treating postural and muscular imbalances, neurovascular and neuro-lymphatic points, subluxation, cranial-sacral movement, acupuncture meridians and nutritional status. This is a highly effective treatment system which focuses on whole body care. AK enables health investigation without intrusion. AK gives insight into the underlying causes and solutions to many functional health problems.
