Registered Nurse (RN)

We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) who is not only skilled in participant care but also eager to promote and expand our services, ensuring more participants receive the exceptional care they deserve.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with minimal on-call nurse line triage responsibilities on weekends and evenings. As a key member of our team, you’ll partner with our APRN to provide top-tier clinical care, including participant intake, lab processing, IV therapy, medication refills, assist with sports physicals, triage, and scribing. Additionally, you will be trained in Neurofeedback, Sanexas therapy, and hydration scans. You will play a vital role in educating participants on
the value of our services, confidently discussing the financial aspects of care, and fostering long-term participant relationships that support both individual health outcomes and the continued growth of Secoya Health.

YOUR ROLE & IMPACT
As our Registered Nurse, you will:
• Deliver High-Quality Clinical Care: Provide comprehensive participant care, including vitals assessment, medication reconciliation, lab processing, IV
insertions, and sports physicals, ensuring 100% accuracy in documentation.
• Enhance Participant Experience: Build strong relationships with participants, ensuring personalized care and proactive health recommendations while
maintaining a 95%+ participant satisfaction rating.

• Promote Secoya Health Services: Educate participants on the benefits of our offerings (Neurofeedback, Sanexas, IV Therapy, Hydration Scans, etc.) and confidently guide them toward the best solutions for their health goals.
• Drive Practice Growth: Identify opportunities to expand participant engagement, ensuring that more individuals benefit from our services.
• Confidently Discuss Financial Aspects of Care: Help participants understand the value of their healthcare investment, ensuring they feel informed and empowered in their decisions.
• Master New Therapies: Complete training and begin administering Neurofeedback and Sanexas therapy sessions within 60 days of hire.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Charm EHR and AI scribe tools, respond to participant inquiries within 48 business hours, and uphold strict safety and infection control standards.
• Achieve Clinical Excellence Metrics: Successfully complete ordered lab draws, processing, and IV insertions, maintaining a 95%+ first-attempt success rate for venipuncture.
• Medication Management: Verify and cue up medication refill requests, ensuring accuracy before provider approval.
• Ensure HIPAA Compliance: Maintain 100% compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring participant confidentiality and data security at all times.

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
• Strong clinical abilities in IV therapy, lab processing, and medication administration.
• Excellent triage and assessment skills in a fast-paced primary care setting.
• Understanding of cash-based healthcare workflows and value-based care models.
• Ability to confidently discuss treatment plans, care investments, and financial
options with participants.
• Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset focused on improving participant outcomes and practice growth.
• Commitment to learning and adapting to innovative healthcare models.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult participants.
• Triage experience with the ability to efficiently assess participant’s needs.
• Background in ICU, Med-Surg, ER, or Primary Care preferred.
• Health coaching or customer service experience is a plus.
• Passion for Holistic wellness and alternative medicine in your personal life.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

• Able to maneuver to provide proper participant care.
