ABOUT THE JOB
POSITION SUMMARY
The Care Coordinator & Social Media Manager is a hybrid role responsible for providing exceptional participant support while also helping Secoya Health grow its online presence and community impact. This position involves guiding participants through their care journey and taking ownership of digital marketing initiatives, including social media strategy, content creation, online engagement and email campaigns. This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about holistic health, is highly organized, and thrives in both people-facing and creative roles.

SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Building strong relationships with participants through compassionate, timely communication and care coordination.
- Creating engaging, on-brand social media content that builds community, increases visibility, and supports our mission.
- Managing and analyzing social media posts and content to improve online engagement
- Running efficient backend systems (CRM, email automation, Manychat, etc) that contribute to participant retention and business growth.
- Taking initiative, being solution-oriented, and thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
RECEPTIONIST OBJECTIVES
- Coordinate participant care including scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, and intake.
- Serve as a main point of contact for participant questions and concerns.
- Track participant feedback and support engagement and retention.
- Document care interactions in Charm (EHR) or other CRM platforms.
- Educate participants on Secoya’s services including DPC, QNRT, Neurofeedback, IV Therapy, and more.
- Make 50–100 follow-up calls daily to ensure participant satisfaction and engagement.
MARKETING OBJECTIVES
- Create, edit, and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google platforms.
- Design reels, stories, posts, blogs, and newsletters aligned with the Jenna Kutcher JK5 method.
- Record and edit testimonial videos and provider content.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages professionally.
- Track analytics and adjust content strategy to improve performance.
- Promote Google and Facebook reviews for both our Direct Primary Care and general clinic services.
- Manage Mailchimp automations, promotions, and monthly newsletters.
- Connect digital product sales to email sequences and CRM for improved funnel performance.
- Follow trends on social platforms and propose creative ideas that support company growth.
COMPETENCIES
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management.
- Creative eye for content and branding.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and editing tools (e.g. Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe).
- Knowledge of CRM, EHR, or marketing software like Charm, Mailchimp, Manychat, Kajabi, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable on camera and behind the camera.
- Ability to multitask and take ownership of projects from idea to execution. Passionate about functional medicine and natural health.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years in a healthcare, social media content creation, marketing, or customer service role preferred.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media management, or content creation strongly preferred.
- Bonus: experience with website platforms (e.g. Squarespace, Wix, WordPress) and SEO tools.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Able to sit at a desk for long periods and work on a computer or phone.
- Occasionally required to record content, gather media, or assist with office needs.

Compensation & Bonus Structure
This is a full-time, hourly position with a base pay range of $20-$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Upon completion of one year in the role, in addition to hourly compensation, this role includes the opportunity to earn a monthly performance-based bonus of up to 10–20%, based on key performance indicators (KPIs) in both participant care and marketing. KPIs may include participant satisfaction, follow-up consistency, content output, and engagement growth across platforms.
Estimated total compensation with full bonus potential: $49,920 – $59,904 annually (~$22.00-$28.80 per hour)
